Via Disclose.tv: Scientists are remaining stubbornly silent about a lost race of giants found in burial mounds near Lake Delavan, Wisconsin, in May 1912. But the enormous size of the skeletons and elongated skulls found in May 1912 did not fit very neatly into anyone’s concept of a textbook standard. They were enormous. These were not average human beings. Their heights ranged between 7.6ft and 10 feet and their skulls "presumably those of men, are much larger than the heads of any race which inhabit America to-day". They tend to have a double row of teeth, 6 fingers, 6 toes, and like humans came in different races. The teeth in the front of the jaw are regular molars. Heads usually found are elongated, believed due to longer than normal life span. In 2002, National Geographic reported a dozen Cyclops skeletons found in Greece that stood 12-15 1/2 Ft tall. That is 3 humans tall. One eye socket. Greek Mythology talks about war with cyclops learning they had to bring down by taking out their legs rendering them slow and helpless. American Giants (Red Hair Giants) where found with Egyptian writing on their tombs have been found in multiple locations. Has there been a giant cover-up? Why aren’t there public displays of gigantic Native American skeletons at natural history museums?

But mostly because tugging one out to iCarly is still seriously wrong, while taking a copy of a skin-filled Frenchy magazine into the can and locking the door is an honorable rite of passage.

Via The Local: A man from Umeå in northern Sweden has been charged with aggravated assault and manslaughter after the death of 28-year-old German woman during a violent S&M sex game. The woman died in October and came to the attention of the authorities when the man called the emergency services, according to a report in the local Västerbottens-Kuriren newspaper. When the ambulance arrived they found the woman unconscious and unable to breathe by herself. She was rushed to hospital where she was kept in intensive care for a couple of days before she was declared dead. The man has now been charged with aggravated assault and manslaughter after it emerged that the woman's injuries were sustained in a sadomasochistic sex game. According to a pathologist's report, the woman was hit at least 123 times with a paddle during their role play, sustaining injuries all over her body. It has been concluded that the blows did not alone cause the woman's death, with reports indicating that the pair had also consumed the drug ethylphenidate - a psychostimulant similar to cocaine. The prosecutor Åsa Jönsson has confirmed that she believes the cause of death to be suffocation perhaps caused by restriction of the airways with a condom containing nylon tights. The woman had previously spent time as an exchange student in Umeå where she met the 31-year-old Swede. The pair had maintained contact over Skype, and the man had visited her in Germany. According to Västerbottens-Kuriren, the 28-year-old travelled to Sweden in mid-October to meet the man, whom she considered to be her boyfriend. Nine days later she was dead. The trial is scheduled to begin next week and several witnesses are expected to feature in the court proceedings.

Via The Sun: David Cameron today made a historic pledge to give the British people a chance to leave the EU within five years. We in Sweden should also get that same opportunity to leave the worthless EU. I agree with Nigel Farage that either you are wholly fully in or wholly fully out of the European Union. I have lived in different EU countries since 2000, and I have changed opinion and I'm now convinced the EU has no future. I believe market economy should be the exception in a centralized and socialized world. Hospitals, banks, and schools can never be accepted as profit driven institutions. We must embrace collectivism and the same for everyone, while too much individualism destroys our freedom and welfare state. Centralization and elitism is impossible with a diversity of cultures, languages, and markets. If the EU was a truly centralized state with one leader, one language, and one army, it would be interesting. With one language, one telephone company, and one bank for Europe, the idea would be great, because that is what internationalism should be about. But with 6.000 different bank corporations and thousands of different telephone operators the idea is impossible, because you can never have unity if you have diversity. The day school children across Europe simultaneously are on the same page in the same book and in the same language, we can reconsider if EU could be benefitting Europe. As long as other countries are too different from Sweden, Sweden should leave the European Union. There is no advantage for countries like the UK or Sweden to embrace a debased social EU model, where salaries are low, culture and education is terrible, and where there is no security, but sweeping poverty, anarchy, and social problems are raging.

Via USA Today: This year asteroid Apophis, named after an Egyptian mythological demon, will not get closer than around nine million miles. Because a tiny chance still exists of the asteroid hitting Earth in 2036, "scientific interest in Apophis is acute, and it's very important to learn as much as we can about this object when it gets close enough for physical observations", says a recent statement from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, Calif. Radar observations of the asteroid, scheduled for February, should refine orbital track analyses of the asteroid's impact chances. The Russian Space Agency is preparing for a mission to intercept asteroid Apophis that could hit planet Earth in 2036. If it ever hit Earth, the asteroid would deliver an impact blast on land of 141 megatons, almost three times stronger than the biggest H-bomb ever tested, according to Purdue University's impact calculator.

The man, who had been in critical condition since being taken to hospital following the shooting, died at 8.55am, according to the police.
