Cars Burned In Copenhagen

The terrible surge of car arson in Malmö and the southwest of Sweden seems to have spread to Copenhagen, Denmark.

More than ten cars were set on fire in Copenhagen during the night of Sunday, according to the Danish police.

Most of the cars were burned up in the area between the district of Christianshavn and Indre By, the most central part of Copenhagen.

"It is still too early to say if it can be linked to the car fires we have seen in Sweden", said police spokesman Rasmus Skovsgaard.

No one has been arrested for vandalism.
